Charles Price is the Founder & CEO of Kaliber Systems Corp., developing resilient,
programmable structural architectures for extreme environments. With a background in
network architecture and systems design, he approaches material and infrastructure
development through a systems-first lens grounded in physical principles. He is the
author of Entropy of Everything, which explores unified frameworks of energy and
structure. At Kaliber, Charles leads development of the K2 platform — a staged
architectural framework designed to anchor survivable infrastructure across defense,
aerospace, and long-horizon space applications.
Don L. Jackson brings more than four decades of executive leadership experience across operations, finance, and technology. He has led global organizations through growth, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and public market transitions, spanning startups to enterprise-scale companies.
Don has served as Chief Operating Officer at Biocytics, Carolina BioOncology, StageZero LifeSciences, and MP Cloud Technologies. He previously held the role of Corporate Vice President of Operations for the healthcare division of Quality Systems, where he led the spin-off and successful IPO of the business.
Throughout his career, Don has held President, COO, and CTO roles, overseeing large-scale operational platforms and infrastructure modernization across complex organizations.
He holds a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of Texas and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
At Kaliber Systems Corp, Don leads operational execution and scalable infrastructure development as the company advances programmable structural materials for defense and aerospace applications.
